- The training begins at these hours. In this, through team and intellectual play, all the trainees are taken out of the mental barrier of age, position, experience, education and the feeling that you are an apprentice is instilled in everyone.

This session is held after the Ice-breaking session. In this, the trainees are asked to submit a paper on group discussion and brain storming method and what topics should be taught from your training. They are then given a module created by the training institutes and assured that their expectations are met by the institute. Then during this training period, the expectations of discipline and active participation in the training from the trainees of the organization are expressed and the feeling that both sides are bound in the agreement is tied to the agreement, so there is a feeling that expectations need to be met on both sides. This action does not impose any module on us, but it creates a sense of belonging and responsibility in the trainees that we are taking the suggested topics. Also, the training done by the organization is checked to see if the need analysis is appropriate

- To foster social awareness and environmental sensitivity among trainees, a tree plantation program is organized. The trainees take full responsibility for the care and maintenance of the planted trees, driven by their own initiative
- To facilitate knowledge acquisition on various subjects, develop opinions, and create a collective perspective, group discussions are held using the Group Discussion method. These discussions ensure complete participation from all trainees
In the long-term sessions, book reviews are conducted using the Task Method. Trainees select books related to diverse topics such as social, economic, historical, tourism, philosophical, autobiographical, and inspirational/motivational themes. They present their reviews through individual or group PowerPoint presentations or reports.
This process helps enhance the analytical skills of the trainees regarding various subjects. Additionally, it provides an opportunity for all trainees to collectively enjoy a variety of books.
